Any Lab Test Now Everett respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through our Wellness Pass website is collected and used.
Information we collect
When you claim a Wellness Pass, we collect the information you provide: your name, the mobile number or email address you choose to be contacted on, the testing categories you indicate an interest in, and whether you opted in to text messages. If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, we record which campaign it was. We do not build a profile of your browser or device, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Cookies and fonts
This site sets one first-party cookie, which exists only to protect the claim form against cross-site request forgery. It carries no advertising or tracking identifier. Page styling loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and administer the Wellness Pass, respond to requests, understand in aggregate which testing categories members are interested in, and improve our services and promotions. If you opted in to text messages, we will use your mobile number to send them; text messaging is not yet active, and no marketing texts have been sent through this program.
Marketing communications
You are not required to consent to marketing text messages in order to claim a Wellness Pass or purchase goods or services. You may withdraw your consent to marketing text messages as described in our SMS Terms.
Information sharing
We do not sell your information. The website and its database are operated for us by a third-party hosting provider, which necessarily stores the information you submit. If we later add text messaging or other customer communication services, those providers will process the information needed to deliver those messages. Purchases are completed on the Any Lab Test Now store, which is a separate system; claiming a Wellness Pass does not send your details to it, and this website never receives or stores payment card information.
Partner reporting
We may use campaign information to understand the effectiveness of partner promotions and customer interests. Any reporting provided to promotional partners is intended to be aggregated and not identify individual customers. We do not provide promotional partners with an individual's test results through the Wellness Pass program.
Test results and clinical information
The Wellness Pass website is a promotional and informational experience and is separate from the systems used to order testing and deliver laboratory results. No test results are collected by, sent to, or stored on this website.
Data security and retention
Information is submitted over an encrypted connection, and the link that opens your Wellness Pass is stored only in hashed form. We keep the information you submit for as long as the promotion and our ordinary business records require; we do not currently operate an automatic deletion schedule. You can ask us to delete your Wellness Pass record at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask what we hold about you, to update your communication preferences, or to ask us to delete your Wellness Pass record.
