The LA Fitness Everett Member Wellness Pass (“Wellness Pass”) is a limited-time promotional offer provided by Any Lab Test Now Everett.
Eligibility and claiming
The Wellness Pass is intended for LA Fitness Everett members participating in this promotion. The Wellness Pass must be claimed by September 15, 2026.
Promotional period
Wellness Pass pricing is available through September 30, 2026 at the Any Lab Test Now Everett location at 1205 SE Everett Mall Way, Suite D, Everett, WA 98208.
Wellness Pass pricing
During the promotional period, eligible tests priced at $250 or less receive 20% off, and eligible tests priced above $250 receive $50 off. The Fitness DNA Profile is available at the special member price displayed on the promotional page. Only specifically designated tests and services are eligible.
Using your Wellness Pass
You may use Wellness Pass pricing on eligible testing during the promotional period, subject to product availability and these terms. The Wellness Pass has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
Other promotions
Wellness Pass pricing cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, promotional pricing, or sale pricing unless Any Lab Test Now Everett expressly states otherwise.
Location and expiration
This promotion is valid only at Any Lab Test Now Everett and expires at the end of September 30, 2026. Unused promotional pricing has no value after expiration.

Availability, specimen requirements, preparation instructions, turnaround times, and other testing details vary by test. Changes and errors
Any Lab Test Now Everett may correct typographical, pricing, technical, or eligibility errors and may modify or discontinue the promotion where reasonably necessary. Purchases already completed under valid promotional terms will not be retroactively changed.
